Abstract

Recipes of Russian cuisine at you the house

Hello, with you Oleg Petrov from Russia. If is more exact from republic
Kareliya, surprising edge rich with woods, lakes and fresh air.

In student's years I was fond of cooking, to be exact gathering of
unique
recipes and time and again surprised the classmates, that or other
dish.

Already at mature age, having many friends in Finland, Germany and
the former countries of the Soviet union received requests will share
that or other recipe.

And here once one of my friends has advised, to make the collection
of recipes of Russian cuisine and this work has carried away me.

The fruit of research was the first book in the series Russian Cuisine
- "Russian cuisine. Popular recipes of snack"

Here are collected more than 500 recipes of cold dishes:
-- Sandwiches;
-- Pastes for sandwiches;
-- A canape;
-- Recipes of fruit salads;
-- Salads from vegetables, meat, fish and mushrooms.

All recipes are penetrated by national color.

It is a little information:

In Russian it's usual to have meals three times a day. There is
breakfast, dinner and supper. Neither breakfast nor its preperation
usually takes much time. In Russia it's not common to eat much for
breakfast. A usual breakfast could include an omelette, sandwiches,
corn flakes or something like that. But of course there are some
traditional Russian dishes. For example sirniki. Sirniki is made from
dough containing lots of cottage cheese and fried on a pan. They are
usually served with sour cream and sugar. Blini and blinchiki are other
common morning meals. Blini are practically the same as English
pancakes. In Russia they are served with butter and sugar. Blinchiki
are very thin blini. Of course they are made from other dough. The
thinner the blinchiki are, the tastier they are. Besides there are
blinchiki with stuffing. There is a plenty of different stuffing. For
example blinchiki with cottage cheese, meat, jam. If you are in Russia
on Maslenica (Shrovetide, Shrove Tuesday) you can try different kinds
of blinchiki because on that holiday blinchiki are considered to be the
main and necessary dish. Try blinchiki with caviar - the posh variant
of the course. Russians really love caviar and serve it on many
holidays.

Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. Sites that are 'copies of copies' and cloaked sites which include Zorgium keywords presented to search engine crawlers yet garbage content presented to human visitors were hosted on thousands of IP addresses and domains registered immediately after the introduction of Zorgium in November of 2009. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.

ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
